Amalia Szilagyi Appointed Honourary Vice-Consul for the Republic of Hungary

Congratulations to Amalia Szilagyi on being appointed the Honourary Vice-Consul for the Republic of Hungary.

The Honorary Consulate’s jurisdiction is solely within the province of British Columbia and its mandate is to assist Hungarian citizens, Hungarians living abroad, tourists and the residents of British Columbia with their various consular matters related to Hungary. On November 2, 2016, Amalia was honoured at a reception to celebrate her appointment at the Hungarian Cultural Society of Greater Vancouver.
