Gregory Scott
Greg is an Associate in McQuarrie’s Land Development and Real Estate groups. His practice is focused on land development and the structuring of single-family, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Greg advises clients through all stages of real estate development, including structuring corporations, partnerships or joint ventures, acquiring and assembling development land, navigating rezoning and subdivision processes, and managing construction matters. He also assists with the procurement and execution of land, construction, and deposit financing facilities. Greg has extensive experience in the marketing and disposition of development projects, including the preparation of real estate disclosure statements, strata documents, commercial lease agreements, and purchase and sale contracts.
Greg holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, and a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Greg spends much of his spare time on the golf course, on the ski mountain, or at the lake.
