As Director of Operations, Sara provides strategic oversight of the Human Resources, Office Services, and Marketing departments, while also managing the Firm’s day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. With over 10 years of proven leadership experience, Sara brings valuable insight from her previous roles at both a mid-sized regional firm and a large international law firm. Outside of work, Sara values time spent with her energetic family and her cherished dogs.
