Gurkiran Gill
Kiran joined McQuarrie as a summer student in 2019 and returned for her articles in 2020. In her current role as an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group, Kiran works with clients involved in a wide range of commercial disputes involving property, contracts, partnerships and corporate governance.
Kiran was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and has strong ties to the community. She pursued her post-secondary education in British Columbia, obtaining a J.D. from the University of Victoria and a B.B.A. from Simon Fraser University. While pursuing her J.D., Kiran participated in the Environmental and Business Law Clinic at the University of Victoria, which allowed her to gain valuable practical experience while providing legal services on a pro-bono basis.
