Andrea Bajcetic
Andrea joined McQuarrie as a first year summer student in 2016 and became an associate in 2019 after articling and summering with the firm. As an associate in McQuarrie’s Estate and Trust Litigation group, Andrea’s practice includes a full range of estate litigation services. Andrea assists clients in disputes relating to wills, estates, joint ownership of property, trust claims, and committeeships.
Andrea’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and a B.A. in Criminology and Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
