David C. Halkett

David provides a full range of family law services, both pre- and post-marriage, including cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements. He also handles litigation regarding all aspects of family law, including as a child custody lawyer, child and spousal support, division of assets, restraining orders for the protection of assets and person, adoption and child removal.
