Senior Tax Lawyer

We are seeking a senior tax lawyer (typically 6-12+ years call) to lead and grow our Tax Group. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced practitioner to step into a leadership role with significant autonomy, an established referral pipeline.
The Opportunity
You will:
- Lead and grow the firm’s integrated Tax Group
- Act as the firm’s go to tax advisor across corporate/commercial transactions, owner managed businesses, estate and succession planning, reorganizations, and cross border matters
- Collaborate closely with our corporate, estates, and litigation teams
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
- Build your professional platform within a well-established and growing firm

About you

- Approximately 6-12+ years of experience in tax law
- Strong technical and client relationship skills
- An interest in practice development and mentoring junior lawyers
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach
- A portable book of business is welcomed but not required
