Marketing & Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Specialist to lead the planning and execution of our firm-wide marketing strategy across digital and print channels, as well as through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be developing and implementing practice-specific marketing strategies, supporting firm-wide initiatives, preparing marketing collateral, leading the firm’s day-to-day digital marketing efforts, and overseeing vendor relations. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

About you:
- Strong organizational and project management skills are a must
- Highly effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to measure KPIs and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Ability to edit and write crisp and clean copy for blogs, social media, and press releases
- Keen eye for design and a highly creative approach to marketing
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads), and content marketing principles
- Experience working with external vendors and marketing agencies
- Experience with project management
- Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of WordPress
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Previous experience in a law firm environment is a strong asset
