Roselie is a solicitor in the Business Law group. Roselie combines her past experiences as a litigator and solicitor to assist clients with general corporate matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, and preparation of business contracts and agreements.

Roselie has lived in different countries and volunteers her time mentoring new immigrants to Canada. She draws from this experience and passion when assisting clients with their real estate concerns.

When not drafting, negotiating, and editing contracts and agreements, Roselie is busy editing family photos and videos. She also loves spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and Yue, her daughter’s pet budgie.
