Remington is a Family Law litigator. As a member of McQuarrie’s Family Law Group, he helps clients resolve their family issues, including parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, and complex property division. Remington also prepares and enforces Cohabitation and Separation Agreements.
Remington understands that each client demands a unique set of services. Although parties should be encouraged to reach tailor-made solutions through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, litigation is sometimes unavoidable, especially in high-conflict separations. Regardless of how a resolution is reached, Remington’s focus always remains on creating long-term stable solutions that reduce the likelihood of the parties returning to the costly and emotionally draining litigation process.
As a lifelong resident of the Lower Mainland, Remington is sensitive to the circumstances individuals and families in the area face, and the resources available to them.
