Junior Family Law Legal Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a full-time Family Law LAA to join our firm.
About the role:
Duties include
- Opening, organizing, and closing files
- Saving correspondence
- Photocopying
- Scheduling client appointments and court dates
- Preparing trial books and books of documents
- Other administrative tasks as needed
About you:
- A Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution an asset
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement, professionalism, and to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
