On January 1, 2010, McQuarrie Hunter LLP welcomed Daryl J. Brown and Gregory P. van Popta into the partnership.
Daryl Brown joined the firm in 2004 and practises in our New Westminster office in the areas of criminal and personal injury litigation and motor vehicle law. A long-time motorcycle rider and one-time motorcycle racer, Daryl has a special interest in legal issues concerning motorcyclists, and serves on the Board of Directors for the B.C. Safety Council promoting motorcycle safety. He received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2003. More on Daryl Brown.
Greg van Popta is a business lawyer practising in our Surrey office on 144th Street, with a focus on real estate and commercial law. He has been with the firm since 2003, and his clients include land developers, builders, banks, credit unions and business owners. Greg studied at Trinity Western University and the University of Western Australia before obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2002. More on Greg van Popta.
