After articling and practicing in Pentiction, Mark joined the firm as an associate in 2016. Mark maintains a varied civil litigation practice
While attending law school, Mark was highly involved in the Law Students Legal Advice Program (“LSLAP”), a student run program that provides legal services to low income individuals. During his time at LSLAP, Mark represented numerous clients on a variety of civil and criminal matters, including conducting several trials in Provincial Court. Mark was also a member of the executive of LSLAP, serving as the Director of Public Relations in 2013 and in 2014 received the Brian Higgins Award for outstanding service to LSLAP throughout the entirety of his studies.
Mark has successfully represented clients at both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Supreme Court. He focuses on dispute resolution through strong, effective advocacy and a practical, cost-effective approach to seeking solutions.
