Lawyer Profile Jacy J. Wingson
Jacy J. Wingson is a partner in our Surrey office on 104th Avenue. Her practice focuses on resolving disputes using a variety of dispute resolution processes or through the Courts. Jacy has appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia. She brings a solutions-based approach to her work and a personal, team-oriented approach to dealing with her clients.

Jacy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association with a particular interest in the civil litigation, estates and trusts, elder law and insurance law sections. She served on the Canadian Bar Association's Equality Committee from 1999 to 2003, on the Continuing Legal Education Society, Wills and Estates Practice Area Advisory Committee, from 2000 to 2001, and continues to be a guest lecturer at the Professional Legal Training Course. She is also Vice-Chair of the Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation and Executive Committee member and Past President of the Little Flower Academy Parents' Auxiliary.
Jacy received a Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto in 1987. She practised law in Trinidad and Tobago for about three years before returning to Canada. She has been practising in our civil litigation department since she was called to the B.C. Bar in 1993.
Jacy has a working knowledge of French and Spanish. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, walking and spending time with her family and friends.
