Lawyer Profile Brian F. Schreiber
Brian F. Schreiber is a partner in our New Westminster office. He practices civil litigation, with emphasis on resolution of commercial disputes involving small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals. His interests and experience have a wide scope. He has appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia, and is also an effective and successful negotiator and mediator. He aims to provide clients with prompt personal service in a manner that is timely, efficient and cost effective.

Brian is a member of several professional and business associations, including the Canadian Bar Association, the New Westminster Bar Association and the New Westminster Bench and Bar Committee. He is also a director of the North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association.
Brain was born in Montreal and received his education there, graduating from Herzliah High School (1975) and Vanier College (1977). He received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in linguistics from McGill University in 1981 and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in Kingston in 1984. Brian articled at Freeman and Company in Vancouver and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1985. He joined McQuarrie Hunter LLP in 1990.
