Dan A. T. Moseley is an associate in our Surrey office on 104^th Avenue. His preferred area of practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on:

• Personal injury claims.

Dan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, New Westminster Bar Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Victoria, with a major in Classics, before moving to Edmonton for three years where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Alberta in 2006.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys exercising, reading on a variety of history topics, and traveling.
