Julie's practice is primarily litigation based, with an emphasis on general insurance defence litigation and personal injury law.
Julie has experience with a spectrum of insurance litigation, including products liability, occupiers’ liability and motor vehicle litigation. She has successfully defended and resolved personal injury actions, including defence by summary trial and mediation, and settlement of a variety of disputes. She has also defended sexual abuse claims.
She appears frequently before the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court. She has also appeared before various administrative tribunals such as the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
Julie is fluent in Punjabi.
