Kim Floeck

Kim Floeck is a partner in our Surrey office on 104^th Avenue and heads our firm’s estates and trusts department. She practices exclusively in the areas of trusts, estates and estate planning.

Kim is a member of both the Wills and Trusts Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association and the Fraser Valley Estate Planning Council. She is a frequent lecturer on estate and trust topics and has taught the Bar Admission courses on wills and estates. Kim is also a contributing author to the British Columbia Probate and Estate Administration Practice Manual and serves on the Probate Practice Advisory Panel, as well as volunteering her time to many community organizations, particularly those that promote public legal education.

Kim has been with McQuarrie Hunter LLP since 1979 when she joined the firm as an articled student upon graduating from the University of British Columbia’s Law School.
