After articling with McQuarrie Hunter in 2008, Leah joined the firm as an associate in 2009.
Leah’s practice encompasses a full range of estate litigation services, including disputes relating to wills, estates, joint ownership of property, and committeeships.
Leah also provides family law services, including adoptions, marriage and separation agreements, as well as litigation regarding the division of property.

Leah has represented clients before the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court and has acted on behalf of the provincial government as counsel for the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
