Douglas J. Conolly

Douglas J. Conolly is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation group and practices in our Surrey office on 104^th Avenue.

Doug has successfully represented clients at complex mediations and arbitrations and in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and British Columbia Court of Appeal. His preferred areas of practice include construction,  the Builder’s Lien Act, real estate, commercial leases, shareholder/partnership disputes, select personal injury claims, and other commercial contract claims valued in excess of $25,000.

Doug grew up in Vancouver and worked in the construction industry throughout the lower mainland and Whistler, B.C., before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. He was called to the B.C. Bar in 2002 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of British Columbia and the New Westminster Bar Association.

In addition to his professional associations, Doug is a regular speaker on legal issues for the Greater Vancouver Homebuilders’ Association and sessional instructor at Vancouver Community College.
