Neil Chantler

Neil Chantler is an associate in our New Westminster office. His preferred area of practice is civil litigation, with emphasis on:

• Employment law and wrongful dismissal

• Human rights complaints

• Commercial  and contract claims

• Personal injury and insurance litigation

Neil is a member of a variety of professional organizations, including the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C., the B.C. Human Resources Management Association, the New Westminster Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Canadian Bar Association – British Columbia, including the following subsections:

• Labour and Employment Law

• Alternate Dispute Resolution

• Civil Litigation

• Constitutional/Civil Liberties

Neil received a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Victoria in 2001, and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 2006. He was called to the B.C. Bar in September 2007.

In his free time, Neil enjoys long distance running, soccer, squash, snowboarding and adventure travel.
